Well, tell us where it crashed - what messages (if any) were produced,
etc, etc.

"It crashed" doesn't help a whole lot!

At this point, we don't know whether we are even looking at a PLIB bug,
it could be SDL or your own application that's at fault.

Since both SDL and PLIB are pretty stable - and neither talks to the
other or depends on the other in any way, the latter is by far the
most likely at this point.

However, let's see the crash data and then we can comment better.
