I have a TIFF reader for PLIB 1.6.0. The files

    Makefile
    ssgconf.h
    ssg.cxx
    ssg.h
    ssgLoadTIF.cxx

make up the change. Any interest? Please contact me offline if you can 
add it to CVS.
