[Plib-users] configure.in should not set prefix

configure.in uses:
AC_PREFIX_DEFAULT(/usr)

which I think is a really bad idea
since "standard" is not setting it normally resulting in /usr/local

perhaps bad explanation but i guess you know what I want to say
