[Plib-devel] Sky code from simgear

Hello 

I was looking though the simgear code, and I was wondering what has to be
done to just drop the sky code into plib. I haven't seen anything that would
make me think that this would be a problem as of yet. 
But its in the todo list, am I missing something.
