[Plib-devel] More Networking Code

Well I think I fucked everything up on this, is there any Mac coders in this
list, I have everything done except the startserver and the connection
section, but that does not mean anything atually works. But hey, this is
what I have done so far. I think at some point I am going to create seperate
files for each operating system, seems that non of the code can be shared
between mac and everything else. 
Anybody want to help with the mac code, or the windows code. Please let me
know.
