[Plib-devel] Networking Code

Hello 

I have started to do some work on the portability of the networking code,
but I don't have a mac, windows or a network for that matter, I was
wondering if someone would like to help me with this code. 

Some of the things I don't know? (Yes I am aware of all the comments that
could come with that statement)

I have no idea if it runs in windows
I do know it does not run on a mac (but I am working on the code)
I don't know how well it works on linux or bsd
