Hi all. I hope I'm not stating a known or obvious problem.

 The examples don't work for me. If I try to get 1.6.1, configure 
complains about install-sh missing. If I run the compile by hand (which 
works) for, say, viewer, I get an error complaining that ssgInit is 
called without a valid OpenGL context. This seems bizarre since I 
haven't touched the code itself.

Anyone have similar problems?
