That's very weird - but I don't see anything like that in either TuxAQFH, TuxKart, EvilOverlord or any of the 'quick hack' programs I have that use it. OTOH, your code is nearly identical to the TuxAQFH code (Your program had better be under GPL or the Baker Enterprises crack legal team will be on your tail)...so I don't see why you could be having a problem and not me.
