Red Hat has a fix for this but it has not been officially released yet. I do not recall the exact link, I sent an email to redhat regarding this problem and they gave me updated Mesa packages. It seems the problem appeared during their attempt to make Mesa have hardware acceleration for X 3.3.6 and X 4.1 at the same time.
