It's not clear what license SCDIS is under - contributions
to PLIB have to be licensable under LGPL - please check that
this is OK before you do any more!

This sounds like a worthwhile project - providing you
can sort out the licensing (and so long as you aren't
violating the DMCA!)

People mention that they are working on various loaders
from time to time - but when they give up or lose interest,
they never post to say so - so who knows what's actually
ongoing?
