ANNOUNCING PLIB 1.4.1

This is an update on 1.4.0 to fix a handful of minor problems that
have emerged in that release.

  * The MSVC project files were inadvertently released with UNIX-style
    line endings which appears to cause *some* versions of MSVC to think
    that they are empty projects?!?
 
  * Many improvements and bug fixes to puFileSelector and puListBox.
 
  * Minor fix to NET to accomodate Solaris users.
 
  * Fixed puMenuBar so it highlights as you drag the mouse across it.
 
  * Fixed ulOpenDir so it returns NULL on error on non-MSVC systems
 
  * Changed colour of text on buttons in the documentation to make them
    easier to read by colour-blind users.

There should be no changes needed in application programs - and most
users need not upgrade if they are already at 1.3.3 or later.
