ANNOUNCING PLIB 1.3.3

This is the UTTERLY final beta version before we go to 1.4.0 (hopefully
on Wednesday at around midnight GMT).

Application authors are strongly encouraged to test this release against their
programs because I don't expect to make any changes at all to this version
other than perhaps to update the Borland C++ project files if we receive
new ones in time and change the version number!

Very little changed between 1.3.2 and 1.3.3 - a few minor cleanup operations
and just one significant change to puDial's in PUI (please refer to the
PUI documentation if you are using puDial's).

There have been a few changes to the 'complex' example program to make it
a bit easier on the eyes (Green widgets on a Red background! Does anyone
want to admit to a severe case of Daltonism?!)

MANY thanks to all who participated in the final cleanup exercise - the end is
now in sight!
