Your question is utterly meaningless...

   * What is the exact error message?  (Cut it off the screen
      and paste it into the email so we can see it).

   * What compiler are you using?

   * ...under what operating system?

   * What were you compiling at the time?

   * What version of PLIB are you talking about?

It's rude to do that because no everyone uses a web browser
