Hi,

I just installed plib-1.3.1 on my system, and I also got an error
because the Makefile for ssgAux is not created by configure.in

I'd rather like you developers to put plib-1.3.1.1 or so on your
homepage, it's annoying for anyone who gets it to do that himself -
although, on the other hand, it's an 'odd developer' version, so you
could say the people to download that should know to correct it
themselves.

What do you think?
