I am guessing that this is a little out of date, it was updated twice and
the last one was 6 months ago. 
 
I would like to see something like what the kernel does for each release,
they keep a list of things that
were just fixed, a list of things that have been fixed, things that need to
be done, and things they would
like to have done. It makes it easier to help. If some gets plib and they
see something they would like
to implement they can join the team and start working on it.

ps If you would like I can put a list together, if everybody wants to send
me everything they thing should go 
into plib, after I get the list put together then we can talk about was fits
into the goal of plib, and figure out
what is important and what will just stay on the list for a while.

Is there a location for a TODO list. I would like to build a list of
features that would like to be added (and how important they are) and what
has be fix or cleaned up (and of course how important).
