Yes, the MSVC project files seem to be slightly broken.  I've fixed them
up for myself, and will try to check them in real-soon-now.  But, I want
to double check that they are really what they should be.  The latest CVS
works fine, except for the minor project file tweeks.  If you want to fix
them up, go ahead.
