[Plib-devel] UL test program for reading directories

wincvs won't seem to let me add files to an empty folder
i get the error:

cvs add: cannot open CVS/Entries for reading: No such file or directory

my files are in http://www.pond.net/~davem/stuff/test_dir.zip and they
belong in plib/examples/src/util if anyone wants to try
