[Plib-devel] path for PLIB

Hi,

as the last SuSE (6.4) had PLIb at the wrong place (somewhere below
/X11/) I was curious if anything had changed for the yet-to-come 7.0.

But it seems that it's still in the wrong place :-(

Shouldn't we talk to them about that?
