Most leaf entities in SSG have a state and currently _ssgShareState() in
ssgIO.cxx fails when used with TuxAQFH (bug reported on this list).  AFAIK,
I caused this problem when I re-organized things and added the
ssgCreateFunc() callback.  Steve graciously fixed this coding around
_ssgShareState() and *not* sharing states.  This is OK but the app uses more
memory unless it handles things with the _ssgGetAppState() callback (which
is what I thought TuxAQFH does but I haven't looked into it yet).

I've recently had to ship product at work so I've been long getting back to
this bug.  I'll try to wrap up this week and, of course, any help is greatly
appreciated.
