yep. it was lowercase on my machine but when, using wincvs, i did a "cvs add
ul.h" inside the ul folder it changed the folder name to UL.  i reported
this bug via bugzilla at wincvs.org

yep. i did not understand the irreversible consequences of my action at the
time. did you send a note to sourceforge admin to see if they would help
out?  "mv UL ul" in the unix shell.
