[Plib-devel] Additional PUI Widgets

I started using PUI over a year or so ago, but only subscribed to this list
recently.  If anybody is interested, I would like to offer a couple of
additional widgets for PUI.  They include
	- arrow buttons (left, right, up, or down; single or double arrows)
	- a large input box which can handle an arbitrary amount of text
(still needs a bit of work)
	- a dial, which is a square with a line running from the center to
the circumference whose angle the user sets with the mouse
	- sliders with integer ranges and with two or three slides

I also have a way for PUI to support multiple GLUT windows, again if anybody
is interested.
