[Plib-devel] dxf polyline support

I did a PLIB cvs commit to fix dxf polyline support.
 
Wolfram- that 550.dxf model looks right now.
looks like a building just like in 3d Explorer.
also, i found a dolphin with polyline that looks
correct too.
 
Let me know if there are any DXF bugs/issues remaining.
