I don't know how much you are up-to-date due to your holiday, but
XFree4.0 is released and nVidia promised that their linux drivers will
be out very soon. 
I really hope that they are more stable than the current ones!

BTW: SuSE 6.4 (release date: end of this month) will come with XFree
4.0. But it won't be the default setting.
