[Plib-users] PLIB-1.8.5 make errors

Hi,

I've downloaded the current stable plib-1.8.5 and performed the following
operations in cygwin:
 ./configure -–prefix=/fg-1.9.0
and make.

but something went wrong.
I received the following error:
