HOORAY!  I can make SVN changes to PLIB!  (It's only taken about ten years
...)

I fixed the MSVC project file to remove the files that aren't used any more
... We should probably remove the files themselves as well.

I also removed the "puFilePicker" widget from PUI as it was deprecated in
favor of the "puFileSelector" which has now been removed as well.
