Melchior,

	I went to the Admin page and saw under "Your Permissions" the
statement "You may access and perform write operations to this project's
Subversion repository (unless otherwise prevented by ACLs)."  I'm still
getting the "Forbidden" error.

	There's a "Members" section of the Project Admin interface but I am
forbidden from seeing it.

Someone who has had the "403 Forbidden" problem, too, has described the
solution here:

"You need to login to the sourceforge admin page for your project and enable
yourself as an SVN developer. For some reason the default SF setup is for
the project creater to be [yes] for cvs access but [no] for subversion."
