[Plib-devel] SVN migration.

I've been looking into the CVS==>SVN migration for both freeglut and 
PLIB again.

The good news is that the CVS repository for both projects are back
up (although the URL has changed AGAIN -  PROJECT.cvs.sourceforge.net).

The bad news is that the automated SVN migration mechanism hasn't
caught up with the change yet.

I think I can do the migration manually using an 'rsync' dump of
the CVS repository - I'll try that for 'freeglut' this evening
and if it works, I'll do PLIB next.
