Heh, no! Anonymous cvs isn't outdated. But the sf people routinely
change the cvs address to entertain us. Instead of 

  -d:pserver:ano...@cv...:/cvsroot/plib

it's now:

  -d:pserver:ano...@pl...:/cvsroot/plib
                       ^^^^^
