GOT IT!  well, almost got it.

I downloaded a bunch of files and then got an error message that says
"Error: REPORT request failed on '/svnroot/fgsd/!svn/vcc/default'" and then
on the next line "Error: REPORT of '/svnroot/fgsd/!svn/vcc/default': Could
not read response body: Secure connection truncated
(https://svn.sourceforge.net)".  Does this mean anything to anybody?

Assuming that it doesn't mean anything, ...
(1) How quickly can somebody get to creating a PLIB SVN archive?
(2) How long would it take to make a PLIB 1.8.6 release (releases are always
even-numbered)?
