[Plib-devel] Crash fix for msvc-8 and external memory problem

Hi,

Attached is a fix to plib/ssg which causes flightgear (and likely other use=
rs=20
of plib) to crash on startup.
It avoids the 'append' fopen flag when opening a file for 'read'.

The other patch makes ssgSimpleList only delete memory region if it is owne=
d=20
by it.
