I've written a first patch that adds a seventh color PUCOL_EDITFIELD
as discussed in previous threads. It is used for the edit fields in
puComboBox and puSelectBox and as default value in puInput. This is
to avoid those alien pink fields that I referred to in previous

It also sets PUSTRING_MAX to 256. (80 isn't enough for FlightGear
purposes. This has nothing to do with the field colors, but would
be nice to have.)

If the patch isn't acceptable, can you tell me what to change?
