	Thank you for looking at the code.  I am glad that it works well.
Unfortunately, because of my address (".mil") I am behind a serious firewall
and am terminally CVS-challenged.  I cannot upload it to CVS, therefore, and
need somebody else to do it for me.

This code itself works perfectly. If you wish you can commit it. There 
are two issues puAux issues that need to sorted out before the next 
release (compiler errors on IRIX/MIPSpro). But I will handle that in a 
separate message.
