[Plib-devel] *.ac files and "crease".

I have tweaked the AC loader to ignore the lines with "crease". Until
now, there was a fatal error since it was an unknown token. Such ac
files can now be loaded.

Also, I improved the fatal error handling for Windows (l)users.
