[Plib-devel] Wiki not letting me in anymore.

Hmm - the Wiki was working OK for me this morning - but I've just
gone back to it and whenever I try to add information, I just get:

Fatal PhpWiki Error
Editing pages is disallowed on this wiki for user (level: -1).

...so maybe I'm not logged in anymore?   I type 'SteveBaker' into
the box at the bottom right and hit the 'Sign in as' button - but
nothing happens?!?
