Also, in the SSGA post-build step, the file "ssgaScreenDump.h" is not copied
to the "plib" directory.
 
The "net" example programs are looking for a "net.h" and there isn't one.
 
The "psl_demo" example is looking for "timeGetTime" but isn't including the
library "winmm.lib".
 
There are a few warnings in the example programs.
