Could someone provide an example of Thresholds.xml file for defining the array of LE/HE and Intensity threshold values to be searched?

  Do you mean the 'default' list for the user selected choice if you open a file that has never been processed?
  I missed out an example, I can see that now.

  Take any of the ThresholdResults.xml and delete everything within a node except for 'AlreadyRun', LE and HE.
