If the app does not open it is most likely because the last used raw file is no longer accessable.
This could be because the file has been moved or was at a network location that is not available.

The app cannot recover from this situation.
Re-installing will not change the situation as the last used filename is saved in a location that is not part of the install/uninstall operation.

Fix:
1) Go to this folder:
C:\Users\MYUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Caper_Soft\
Note:
a) The AppData folder is hidden. You will have to show hidden files
b) MYUSERNAME is specific to your pc. It is the name that you log into the PC with.

2) Delete all folders that start with PLGS_Threshold_Inspector

Each folder is specific to a build version of the app.
It is safe to delete all of them.
Once you have deleted this the app reverts to it's initial conditions. You will have to reassign all the file links and your settings.
