Error: Apex bin file is missing from raw folder

After installation of the software, the first raw data file processes nicely but this error message appears when I am trying to process the second file.
I have followed all the deleting steps in the user guide but still it is not working!
Can any one help please?

This means that it cannot find the Apex.exe file. Are you giving it a valid location? There isn't really another explanation for it.
