#123 Incorrect rendering of instances

Instances that are not instance of ExternalOwlObject or ExternalOwlClass are incorrectly rendered
We are currently getting the following in the html:

productUsageTypeCURATIVE_MAINTENANCE instance of UNKNOWN TYPE:#:.
. =
. =

instead of something like:

individualCURACTIVEMAINTENANCE instance of Block: Ap239Ap233Psm:ExternalOwlObject.
ExternalOwlObject.individual = http://www.plcs.org/ns/plcslib/data/contexts/SIMMT/refdata/SIMMT-rdl#Task_method_curactive_maintenance

The slot values are not being displayed
