Notes regarding the use of this software
----------------------------------------

There are some things I'd like to express to anyone who'd use PlayShell.

First I hope you like this software, and find it useful, and enjoyable
to use.

I also hope that at the very least you would keep the software free
from running media that contains cruel intentions, hatred and anything
destructive (at least the obvious ones). To me, such things are really
far from the purpose of the program and it's just a bit painful for
authors like me to know that crafts of ours are being used to things we
really do not like.

I hope that you use this software for your own good (literally) instead
and let it keep you in good spirits. If this program helped you much
and you're happy, you can send me your story. I would as well be truly
happy and glad to hear that.

No flames ok. Cheers.

Disclaimer
----------

The author (konsolebox) created PlayShell and shares it to the public
hoping that it will be useful and helpful to everyone that uses it. The
author tries his best to keep the program in its most sane and stable
form possible, but even with those intentions, the author still cannot
guarantee that the program will meet the requirements based on the
intended purposes.

By using the software, I hope you consider that there are always risks
and that you keep the author free from any liability for any unhelpful
or harmful things the software may cause you in any way.

The author would gladly recommend to you not to use the software if you
find the software harming you in any way possible like physically,
psychologically, mentally, or spiritually.
