#21 Add a option to select system default audio device

Hello,

First I need to say this player is definitely the best open source music player in Windows, thank you for bringing it to open source and let everyone free to use. However, I think it would be more ease to use if the player has option to select "default audio device" like winyl and mpc-audio-renderer of mpc-be. In most use case I think this option is very convenient: when adding audio device (in my case is plug in my headphone) to computer, system default device will change to my headphone automatically, but PlayPcmWin still need to assign my headphone as output device. Therefore, I am very curious if it can be implement in PlayPcmWin and will be very grateful if this option can be add. To illustrate my request more precisely, I have provided a screenshot of setting panel in winyl for your reference.
