#10 Nothing is loaded when folder dropped to desktop app icon

PlayPcmWin 5.0.83 or earlier versions have this bug.

How to reproduce the problem:

1. Open File Explorer, extend folder tree until the folder contains music files is shown
2. Drag the folder on the File Explorer to PlayPcmWin icon on the desktop
3. PlayPcmWin opens but music files is not added to the playlist window.

Expected behavior:
* PlayPcmWin opens and music files are added to the playlist window.
