Recently I've replaced good old Foxboard LX832 (100MIPS ETRAX CPU) with many times faster full-blown PDA Nokia N810 (ARM CPU), Unfortunately, this uncovered problems with bumplock option that I've added some time ago. Writing its logic I didn't notice that stop command was sent to Roomba microcontroller more than once. At first, with slow onboard computer it was not a problem, but now it had to be fixed. This patch fixes the issue.
