This patch modifies the vmapfile driver, adding a scale option. This option allows the use of a multiplier in order to convert a map defined in something not meters into meters, without modifying the source map.

Also, the computation of width and height of the map has been refactored to automatically extract it from the read vectors, instead of taking it from the mapfile.

The diff has been taken with svn diff, inside the player/server/drivers/map (at release-3-0-1 tag)

    can you change use of fmin() and fmax() functions into preprocessor macors like these?:
    #ifndef FMIN
    #define FMIN(a, b) (((a) < (b)) : (a) : (b))
    #endif
    #ifndef FMAX
    #define FMAX(a, b) (((a) > (b)) : (a) : (b))
    #endif
    fmin/fmax functions are C99 additions while pre-C99 compilers are still in use in certain places where I'm using Player.

    The changes have been made in SVN trunk.
    Thank you for your contribution.
