#525 Python bindings for libplayerc++ build fixup

This fixes the problem with unclean build of the python bindings for libplayerc++.
Now it builds cleanly, so please consider building this feature in default configuration.

The problem was that CMake SWIG module does expect consistient naming of the interface file and generated module
(which was "playercpp" and "playercpppy").

Also executable property of the test example script has been fixed.
