#394 Player SVN trunk: some more SunStudio12 compability fixes

(I've forgotten to log-in, please delete my previous anonymous post)
Recently I've compiled boost and gsl with SunStudio12 on Solaris 10 and
this uncovered some hidden errors. By the way, integrating cmake with boost
compiled using SunCC is a tricky business.

    I can see in recent trunk snapshot, exaple3 patch is already applied, therefore I've prepared one patch that contains all other diffs (pmap portability issues) in one file.

    example3.cc.diff is already fixed (as noted in the comments). I have partially applied the pmap patch (HAVE_IEEEFP_H is provided player-wide, no need for a local check).
