#367 Make non-error cmake output status messages

Stage (103)
G Biggs

Much of the output produced by cmake during its system inspection step for Stage is trivial and unimportant. But because it's output as default messages, it is shown to me when I configure in ccmake. Since I don't need to be told explicitly when things are going right, this patch changes messages of good status to use the message type "STATUS." They still appear in the progress line and can be seen by running cmake (which is probably what you're doing if you're debugging the CMake scripts and actually need to see what those messages say). Messages of bad status (e.g. "couldn't find Player) are displayed as normal.
