This patch adds access to the RFID tags from Python to the Python Bindings of libplayerc.
The tags are stored in a list, which contains a tuple for each tag. Each tuple has the RFID Tag type, and the RFID ID (GUID). The ID is a Python String with the raw bytes, so remember to use rfid.tags[i].encode('hex') if you want to see the usual hex ascii representation.
It also does small fixes to the bindings, and repairs a small bug in libplayerc: when reading RFID data, the GUID count was not being set in the playerc_rfidtag_t structure.
This patch applies to the latest CVS (as of 30.8.2007).
