It is not a big deal ... but something I would appreciate;
I use playerv to display my sensors; I have a few ir sensors and sonars on
my robot. I simulate the infrared
sensors using a ranger device on the player side (a ranger with only 1
beam...). The sonart are simulated with sonars ...
I would like playerv to display my rangers and sonars with cones of specific
"diameter". The ranger should be displayed with a cone looking more like a
line .. (as an ir is only a ray ...) and the sonar should have a 40 degree
I tried to set the values in the settings of my drivers (for ranger :
min_angle, max_angle, angular_res ) but it does not change the way it is
displayed in palyerv.
Anyone has a clue how to do that ?
