yes the camera can moves  but these messages appear repeatedly for each of my four robots   and i think that this decrease fluidly of my simulation. Moreover  i have noted shocks in the robots movement and i think that camera's motion cause this shocks. Is it possible ?

Hmm, that message should be handled by the vcc4 driver.  Does the
camera move when you send that command?
